New Friend
Good news everyone, I talked to my neighbor for the first time today! The voice I hear on the other side of the wall now has a face.
We both came out of our respective apartments at the same time and bumped into one another. Silly. As a result, our first interaction occured. Lucky for you, I remember it quite clearly and will recreate the conversation on this here blog!
INT. Apartment Building 2nd Floor hallway
We see two apartment doors, numbers 2A and 2D. Two FEMALES, age early 20s, open the door at the same time and bump into one another in the small hallway.
FEMALE 1 (Me)
Oh woops.
FEMALE 2
…
FEMALE 1
Oh do you live in 2D?
FEMALE 2
….
FEMALE 1
I’m in 2A.
FEMALE 2
….
FEMALE 1,2 share long silence and both move towards the narrow stairs. They bump into one another.
FEMALE 1
Oh woops. Why don’t you go first. My coat is really puffy.
FEMALE 2
Ok.
FEMALE 2 goes down the stairs. FEMALE 1 waits until it is her turn. FEMALE 2 exits the building. FEMALE 1 walks down stairs but quickly winces in pain. All the sudden she collapses on the stairs. There is something moving under her large puffy coat. FEMALE 1 watches in horror and screams as a tiny green gooey hand rips through her puffy coat. A giant squid like demon with a vomit shaped face ejects itself from FEMALE 1’s stomach. FEMALE 1’s screaming gets louder and more hysterical. The THING turns toward FEMALE 1 and in a fierce sudden move, attacks her face and eats it. Blood is everywhere. Guts stain the staircase.

FEMALE 2 reenters the apartment and goes up the stairs. She passes the dead carcass of FEMALE 1 and THING, which is now making a nest inside the destroyed parka for it’s spawn. FEMALE 2 reaches aparment 2D. She had forgotten her gloves. She goes inside for a second, retrieves them and returns to the stairs and leaves.
Anyway, I think we are friends now!
